Day 2 Completed
The motto for King’s Resort in Rozvadov is “Play Like a King,” and today on Day 2 of the Grand Big Wrap festival €2,350 Main Event Dorel Eldabach was firmly planted on the throne.
The Israeli high stakes player didn’t even take his seat on Day 2 until nearly an hour into the day. It was as if he was letting the suspense of his impending arrival build, and when he finally did show up, he didn’t waste a minute accumulating a massive stack.
Eldabach tangled with Ryan Oliver in several pots at the end of the day and let the field know they were in for a challenge. “I play 1K, 2K. I know the game,” he declared.
“I am a professional player,” he yelled out after calling a big bluff from Oliver on the river with two pair. Eldabach finished the day with 5,115,000 and a massive chip lead over the rest of the 16 surviving players. Only Adolf Buettner (3,740,000) is within 2,000,000 of Eldbach.

Diamond High Roller champion Quan Zhou also made it through the day with 995,000 as he pursues a second title here in Rozvadov this week.
Day 2 began with 91 players remaining from the two starting flights. They would be joined by 60 new entries through the first two hour-long levels, bringing the total field up to 316 by the time late registration closed. They were playing for a prize pool of €660,440, with the top 39 players finishing in the money.
Notables to fall along the way included Joni Jouhkimainen, Alex Livingston, Martin Kabrhel, and Jonas Kronwitter. Day 1 chip leader Massimiliano Zanasi was eliminated a few spots short of the money. Leonid Yanovski and Enrico Macias Romero were both eliminated during hand-for-hand play, bringing the remaining field into the money.
Eldabach then busted Tomas Novotny in 23rd and Grzegorz Derkowski in 18th on his way to building his substantial chip lead. Reigning WSOP Europe champion Omar Eljach (36th), Lautaro Guerra (24th), Oliver (21st), and Fahredin Mustafov (20th) also made their way to the payout desk in a flurry of eliminations that brought the day to an early end.
The remaining 16 players return at 2 p.m. tomorrow to play down to a champion. The action resumes with 15:25 minutes left for Level 21 with blinds of 15,000/30,000 and a 30,000 big blind ante. The feature table will also be streamed on a 30-minute delay on King’s Resort’s YouTube channel.
Those who have made it this far are already guaranteed €8,123. They’ll all be chasing the €132,400 top prize tomorrow, but first, they must try to stop Eldabach’s field domination.
PokerNews will be back tomorrow, providing live updates until the sweet sixteen become one who stands alone with the trophy in their hands.

Day 2 has come to an end with 16 players remaining. They will return tomorrow at 2 p.m. local time to play down to a champion.
Stay tuned for chip counts and a full recap of the day's action.
In a previous hand, Adolf Buettner earned some value on the J♦6♦2♥3♣A♣ river when Tim Van Loo check-called out of the small blind for 125,000. Buettner showed the J♠J♥4♦3♠ for a set and won the pot.
Soon after, Roman Cieslik was all-in once more and Buettner isolated on the 7♣6♦4♦2♠ turn to bring the hand to heads-up showdown on the two-table redraw bubble.
Roman Cieslik: A♦A♠J♠3♠
Adolf Buettner: 7♦6♠5♦4♣
Cieslik loudly proclaimed his outs and somehow included the three in there. That one came with the 3♥ river but it actually only improved Buettner from two pair to a straight. Cieslik's short stack ninja ride ended in 17th place for €8,123 and the final 16 contenders are now bagging up for the night.

Grzegorz Derkowski was all in for around 500,000 from under the gun and up against Dorel Eldabach, who was trying to take out yet another player.
Grzegorz Derkowski: A♣K♥Q♦6♥
Dorel Eldabach: K♦K♠J♣4♥
The flop came 3♦K♣6♦ and Eldabach hit the case king to make top set. The board ran out 8♥5♠ and Derkowski was eliminated in 18th place.
"Just the nuts every hand," Sebastian Langrock said about Eldabach's run over the table.

Sebastian Juhlen was all-in with a severe short stack and Tomasz Kozub looked him up out of the big blind.
Sebastian Juhlen: K♠Q♦J♦4♣
Tomasz Kozub: 10♣10♦4♠4♥
The 10♥9♥6♥ flop gave Juhlen a straight draw against top set but he bricked the 3♥ turn and 2♦ river, ending his run in 19th place for €7,133.

Fahredin Mustafov raised to 60,000 and Ali Balci three-bet to 120,000 for the initial raiser to call.
The K♠8♣2♥ flop saw Mustafov shove for 295,000 and Balci obliged with the far bigger stack.
Fahredin Mustafov: A♣Q♣8♥6♠
Ali Balci: A♠K♦10♥10♠
Mustafov was in rough shape and it was all over for him with the 2♠ turn and J♣ river, as he had to settle for 20th place and €7,133.

"Put me out of my misery," Ryan Oliver had joked in a previous hand where his raise got through.
He then three-bet jammed into a raise to 75,000 by Grzegorz Derkowski and was quickly called.
Ryan Oliver: A♦J♣9♥3♦
Grzegorz Derkowski: K♠K♦J♠6♣
The board ran out A♥K♣3♥9♦8♠ and Oliver had to settle for 21st place.
