We are coming back tomorrow for Day 3. The compromise is to start at 1 p.m. so that two of the players, Daniel Negreanu and Jeffrey Lisandro, can play in the evening Omaha event (though they might be jumping in late, depending on how they finish here). Chip counts and seating order in a moment.
Lederer bet on third through fifth. On sixth, Lisandro bets and Lederer raises. Lisandro calls. On seventh, Lederer is all in for 2,000 and Lisandro calls. Lederer is eliminated.
Gary Pflieger x-x-2-2-9-7-x
Jeffrey Lisandro 8-9--x
Pflieger bets and is called on third through fifth. Lisandro bets on sixth. Pflieger calls. On seventh, both check and Pflieger is down to his last 10,000.
Walser checks on third and Negreanu bets. Walser calls. Walser then bets the whole rest of the way and Negreanu calls. Walser shows A-A in the hole and takes it, bringing him up to 100,000. Negreanu's down to 95,000.
Lederer has two pair to double through Lisandro. With the cameras and the way the dealer is moving cards around after a showdown, it's becoming more difficult to get all the cards and suits.
Howard Lederer x-x--x
Nick Frangos
Gary Pflieger 8-9--x
On third, Lederer raises and both call. On fourth, Lederer bets and Frangos folds. Pflieger calls. On fifth, both check. On sixth and seventh, Pflieger bets and Lederer calls.
Pflieger shows two pair and Lederer mucks. Lederer is down to 6,000.
