Sebastian Malec Targets Further EPT Glory in €3,000 Mystery Bounty Final Day
After two days of intense poker action, the stage is set for the final day of the €3,000 Mystery Bounty at the PokerStars European Poker Tour Prague, with a field of 835 players whittled down to 16 - all of whom are set to return to the Hilton Prague today, December 13, at noon local time.
They are led by 2016 EPT Barcelona Main Event champion Sebastian Malec, who claimed three knockouts in the final stages of Day 2 to rise to the top of the standings on 3,395,000, good for almost 70 big blinds. He is closely followed by Swedish online crusher Jonas Hagstrom (2,925,000), seeking his maiden EPT title, and EPT regular, Italian Eros Calderone (2,695,000).
There are plenty of other dangerous foes for Malec remaining in the field, including Klemens Roiter (2,580,000), Dean Hutchison (880,000) and Day 2 chip leader Mats Ullereng (830,000).
