StreamHouse Charity Marathon Raises Money for Michael Phelps Foundation
Poker, coffee and a good cause. Jaime Staples, Matt Staples, Jeff Gross and Kevin Martin continue their StreamHouse Charity Marathon through Oct. 16, giving 100 percent of the proceeds to the Michael Phelps Foundation.

The 168 hours of straight poker on Twitch kicked off Oct. 9 and has the players raising money round the clock. The money will go toward informing underprivileged youth about water safety.

As of Oct. 9, Jaime Staples had posted on Twitter that the group had already raised up to $1K. He raised $815 in his first shift.

He started off the marathon and left these highlights from Day 1. He played eight hours and had 3,000 viewers at some point during his shift. All the players are in various rooms of the house prepping for their shifts and stocking up on snacks.
In the first day, Gross placed second in a $82 Turbo for a little over $1K. Gross played MTTs with PokerStars during the second and third day, playing the Super Tuesday.

Most of his blog highlights are being uploaded the morning after play because the house was dropping frames, hitting the cap in terms of what they were allowed to upload. The video ends with Jaime saying they had earned just over $1,200 for the Michael Phelps Foundation.
Some interesting donations include $100 donations to wake up Jaime with votes in a straw poll posted on Twitter.

Martin at just past midnight had over $1,000 raised and a friend deep in the Sunday Million.
And Matthew Staples took one for the team, pulling the graveyard shift both times, raising over $2,000 in his first shift and playing through until the morning of Oct. 11 in his second shift.
